2. Instruct Us & Prepare for Sale
Once instructed, we will prepare your property for marketing using our enhanced digital marketing package, including professional photography, video walk-through tours, social media promotion, floor plans, a For Sale board and a professionally written advert. We can also arrange an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) if required.
3. Commence Advertising
We will list your property in our High Street office location, as well as all of the major property portals including Zoopla, OnTheMarket and Prime Location.
4. Viewings and Feedback
We will arrange accompanied viewings providing feedback from prospective buyers.
